Forty-five years after their first album GONE ARE THE DAYS, the classic rock 70s band KELAKOS (Ka – LOCK – us) is back with a major 12-song album release.
With roots in Boston and upstate New York, and musical ‘DNA’ inspired by the legendary sixties bands that launched a musical revolution, Kelakos made its mark by fusing powerful rock rhythms and guitar leads with great singing and songwriting in a rich, ambitious production.
The band’s musical voyage began in 1975 when George, Linc, Carl, and Mark formed
Kelakos and stood in front of The Mayflower. By late 1978 when they parted ways, they had recorded 15 memorable songs.
Decades later, well into a new century and a new millennium, Kelakos is back, soaring out of the cosmos with a blockbuster new 12-song collection.
The gutsy fire, passion, attitude, spontaneity and spine-chilling hooks are all there, stronger than ever, with a sound that could only be Kelakos.
